Groove Garden Recordings presents Objective Reality, the last production from Cesar Caballero, this time including remixes from Clayton Steele and Butter The Butcher. Cesar let us feel his tech house groove with a deep driving bass line, cutting stabs and energetic snare drums in the original mix. Clayton Steele's remix step on the tech house, but his approach take us to a deeper vibe. Javier Duke - SHAMAN URBANO.
Groove Garden Recordings is pleased to announce our first Album: SHAMAN URBANO. Album produced by Dj/Producer Javier Duke, who for this project has lead an important collective of artists from the Colombian Caribbean Coast. Based in Cartagena de Indias, this album is a collaboration between artists coming from differents musical styles such as afro colombian folk, rock, funk, hip-hop, soukus, son, new wave and house music. More than just samples, you will find on this recording a wide range of tracks including sounds of afro colombian percussion, electric and acoustic guitars, vocals, trumpets and street sounds which is largely due to the analog production of this record as opposed to the traditional digitally produced electronic music. Shaman Urbano is good opportunity to appreciate part of the afro colombian music thru an electronic frame.
